Dissolving the Felt Sense of Separation in the Body

We trace our way back through layers of experience until we arrive at the aware openness that we essentially are and are that knowingly. We understand and feel our self as this aware openness and feel that this openness extends beyond the limits of our body, encompassing the entirety of our experience. When we experience sensation, we must be experiencing the stuff from which it is made. In this mediation, we stop compartmentalizing the body or controlling the breath. We feel the that sensations or vibrations are permeated or saturated with the empty, luminous quality of awareness, so that the solidity of the body has dissolved into the transparency and warmth of awareness.
