Anything that follows the ‘I am’ seems to limit God's infinite being. Likewise, if we say of a tree, ‘It is tall or short’, the ‘it is’ refers to its reality; the qualities of being tall or short seem to limit that which the tree truly is” infinite being. See first the reality and then the appearance. The world borrows its appearance from the human finite mind and it is this interaction between God's infinite being and the finite mind that is responsible for the way the world appears to us. We don’t allow thinking and perceiving to persuade us that the world is anything other than God's infinite being. Every emotion we have is love, either concealed or revealed. When the world is divested of all the objective qualities that our perceiving faculties superimpose on it, it becomes transparent. All we see in the world is the face of God.
