Let's embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploring the essence of being. ‘I am,’ the fundamental awareness of existence, is our primary experience. Our sense of continuity arises from this unchanging core. Enlightenment is recognising our unqualified being, free from entanglement with experience. Rediscovering our essence requires no effort; just let awareness return to pure being. Even suggesting ‘abide in being’ acknowledges our sense of separation. True being needs no guidance. The highest teachings start in silence, from the mountaintop, where timeless, radiant being dwells, untainted by experience. In this peak state, only the sacred thought ‘I am’ exists. To say God ‘is’ implies separation, prompting mystics to pray for unity. If being could speak, it would simply say, 'I am', the most sacred thought. To say God 'is' implies a separation, which is why many mystics pray to transcend this duality. All that exists is the shining of infinite being, God's being.
