A Prayer from the Heart – Silvia Daya

A Prayer from the Heart – Silvia Daya
Finding solace in Rupert’s non dual teachings, the direct path, is the best way to address all the suffering I still may have to endure. Learning to surrender, spontaneously transforming suffering into love by calmly abiding in the heart.

In the midst of the pain of a chronic illness, going deep into my Being and feeling blessed by it. Infinite gratitude for such a friend who offers himself so beautifully to the world and acts as an inspiration for so many of us.
With sincere love and affection to all the lovers of truth.
We walk together.
We are ONE.
With love, I share my prayer with you.

A Prayer from the Heart

Offering my essence, the purity of a crystal heart, at Thy feet.
Thy will be done.
I surrender my life, my actions and my thoughts to Thee.
Even the slightest will of change and healing… it’s my offering.
My frustration, my pain, my sorrow.
My strength, my will power, my hope, my faith, my love.
What else can it be done but to abide in Thee alone?
What else but Love and praise Thyself?
Thou art present in everything and everyone, always.
Thou art pervading all creation.
Thou art the power of healing through our minds and spirits.
Raising from the ashes is not an easy task.
Life is humbling.
I do all that I have to do.
The rest…
I surrender to Thee.
