Illustrations by Costanza Coletti based on one of Rupert Spira conversations on self enquiry and happiness.

The illustrations below were created by Costanza Coletti shortly after her partner sent her a link to Rupert Spira’s video clip ‘How Do I Practice Self-Enquiry?’.

During that period of her life, Coletti was struggling with periods of profound unhappiness and she found it difficult to share these emotional experiences with others because it felt impossible even to explain them to herself.

Watching the video and drawing her own interpretation provided a therapeutic way to become more aware of her emotional processes.

Coletti expresses her insights and ideas through drawing, and describes herself as lucky to have a natural flow of intuitive inspiration in her everyday life. She wishes to always be able to transmit her experience of consciousness through images.

Currently based in Milan, Coletti works as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator while also teaching Kundalini Yoga and practising Sat Nam Rasayan.

For more illustrations inspired by Non-Duality, we would recommend taking a look at Doug McGill's Sunshine Sangha drawing.
