Trust the Evidence of Experience

In this meditation we investigate our conditioned beliefs that time and space are constants and that sensing, perceiving, feeling and thinking are separate from awareness. When we subject these beliefs to the scrutiny of experience we find it is not so. We discover that 'I', awareness, is the only element of experience that is ever-present and that all objects appear within this infinite and eternal presence of awareness.
