- Event: Weekend in Amsterdam - September 2019
In this meditation we contemplate enlightenment, not as an extraordinary experience but rather as the simple recognition of our being as it is. Having seen this, we abide in ourself, as ourself, for longer and longer periods of time until experience loses its power to veil ourself from ourself. We become aware that all realms of experience are saturated with the peace, silence and inherent joy of our true nature.
A man asks what is the source of creativity.
A woman asks how to approach grief over the death of a young person.
A woman asks about the relationship between artists, creativity and suffering.
A man who has experienced big changes to his personal reality after recognising his true nature asks if 'he', consciousness, can also change the reality of the world.
A woman asks for guidance on how to raise her children.
A man asks if thoughts are randomly generated or personal in origin and if they create the world.
Rupert speaks about taking the yoga meditation practices off the mat and into daily life.
A woman asks what causes involuntary thoughts and where they come from.
A woman asks about the materialist definition of matter and if the world exists outside our perception of it.
