Transparent, Luminous, Empty Knowing

In this contemplation we deeply investigate the content of experience: thoughts, emotions, sensation and perception. We find that all experience arises within the knowing, empty field of awareness. We then turn this investigation to the exploration of the body and find the body, divested of previously held beliefs, to be exposed as pure knowing.
