We are accustomed to giving our love and attention to the content of experience. In this meditation we soften our attention to the content of experience and allow the self that remains to emerge from the background. We abide in this timeless, colourless being, prior to and one with all experience.
A woman asks Rupert to what extent the joy she feels is ordinary.
A man asks, 'Are we awareness or are we that which is aware?'
A man asks if there are techniques he can practice to soften the focus of attention.
A man with an established Qigong practice asks if it can be beneficial for deepening his abiding in his true nature.
A woman asks if the love and understanding she feels at retreat is just another high.
A man asks why he would want to engage with the illusion of a world instead of abiding in pure consciousness without the objects of experience.
A woman asks Rupert what he means by 'expansion of the mind'.
A woman asks how self-worth relates to our true nature.
