Our thoughts, feelings, activities and relationships stem from two paradigms: separation and unity. The finite mind believes it is just one fragment among many, leading to inner sorrow and outer conflict. To know reality’s nature, we must know our essence before thoughts and perceptions arise. Divested of thoughts and perceptions, we are the infinite being. The space in a room is never truly confined by its walls. Similarly, our infinite being is never limited by experience. We can live from the paradigm of separation or embrace unity and oneness. Sorrow and conflict arise from separation; peace and love stem from unity. Changing thoughts and actions without addressing this basic understanding is futile. Shifting from separation to oneness transforms our thoughts, feelings, actions and relationships naturally. To make this shift, we must see, know, be and love only the One. This week, experiment with living from the paradigm of oneness and observe the world’s response.
