The Luminous Breath of Awareness

In this meditation we explore sensations in the body. We begin by investigating an old emotion and invite it out of hiding and into the light of awareness. Next we breathe from the space-like field of awareness. We invite loving, luminous awareness to permeate the sensation until all we experience is pure, tingling, unnameable experience.
