In the first step of understanding we extricate ourself from the objects of experience and recognise that what we essentially are is awareness. In the second step we discover the unlimited, imperturbable, ever-present nature of this essential self. The third, final and endless step is to lead a life consistent with our new understanding.
A woman asks how consciousness can be aware of itself after the death of the body.
A man asks how consciousness can be aware of itself during deep sleep.
A man asks how to avoid either dissociating from difficult feelings or over-identifying with them.
A man asks if there is a separate, absolute consciousness prior to collective awareness.
A man asks Rupert about the role of attention and concentration in abiding in our true nature.
A woman asks about intuition and decision making.
A woman asks, 'If I am awareness, will I be able to feel and perceive the body after it dies or will I fall asleep and never wake up?'
