In this introductory meditation we locate the knowing of experience as our essential being, awareness. We contemplate that there is nothing in awareness other than awareness out of which any experience could be made. We find that no experience or object of experience could stain or diminish the peaceful nature of our essential being.
A man who feels there is a central, localised place within himself in which awareness arises asks Rupert to comment.
A man says he is disturbed by busyness and anxious thoughts, and Rupert responds.
A man who is distressed after the breakup of a relationship asks for guidance in overcoming his unresolved feelings.
Rupert assists an audience member to experience everything as made of awareness.
Rupert assist an audience member in examining his belief that awareness comes and goes.
A woman says she fears ego dissolution when it gets close, and asks Rupert for assistance.
