Traditionally, embodiment means infusing the body with understanding. We, however, start with being rather than the body. Our deepest experience is of being, preceding sensations, perceptions and thoughts. Understand and feel being as a vast ocean, beyond bodily and limits, and forming the ground of body and world, the ground out of which the world emerges. Go directly to the experience of being itself – it has no form, shape, size, qualities, limits. It is infinite being, the only being there is, God’s being. And everything, everything, moves and lives and has its apparent existence in this infinite being. Sensations that suggest a body are just vibrations of being. Thoughts and sounds are similarly empty, ripplings of awareness. Recognise time and space as appearances within being, not the other way around. All experiences are arisings within being, but being – the ocean of being, the sky of awareness – remains unchanged.
