This yoga meditation begins with an overview of the great gifts of the Vedantic and Tantric traditions - the 'inward' and 'outward' paths. To avoid conflict between pure consciousness and the flow of experience a complete nondual teaching will balance the two elements of experience by elaborating both paths. We then contemplate our experience of the body (noticing its shape, border, density etc.) allowing it to reveal itself 'as it truly is'.
