Know Your Own Being As It Is

In this meditation we contemplate the nature of 'I'. 'I' is the name anything that is aware of itself gives to itself and yet 'I' always and only refers to awareness's knowledge of itself, the self uncoloured by any experience or limitation of the body or mind.
