We think, feel, sense and perceive. Meditation, or prayer, can be initiated by any of these four processes. For the thinkers, give yourself permission to make thinking your meditation, or prayer. Ask, ‘What is but does not exist?’ For those who live more in their feelings, imperturbable peace and causeless joy are the taste of the one. If we penetrate far enough into the emotion of sorrow, we find joy. If we go deeply into the experience of agitation or anxiety, we find peace. Through the pathway of the body, in the one's experience of itself there can be no limit. Therefore, the one cannot have a form. There is just itself without an outside or an inside. The body must be that. For those whose pathway to the one is through the world, if there is only the one, then the world or the universe must be only that.
