Simply be the presence of awareness within which all experience is known and in which all experience arises, and whose activity appears to us as the universe. This does not require any change in the content of experience; if anything, it requires us to soften the focus of attention from its objective content and come back to our self from the adventure of experience. Of course, we never really leave our self or become other than our self. It would be more accurate to say that we lose our self in the content of experience and thus overlook or ignore our self. It is a remembrance of our self, not from the past but a remembering of what we know now but have simply overlooked or ignored. In this yoga meditation we are invited to experience our bodily sensations and the nature of awareness.
