Awareness Is Not In Time or Space

In this meditation, we feel our self as the open, loving, space-like presence of awareness with which everything is known, within which everything arises, and out of which everything is made. Awareness is like the space of the universe, and each of our minds is like the space inside the room in which we sit. There is only one space. Awareness has no dimensions, is not in time or space. Whilst it is impossible to imagine something that has no dimensions, an analogy for this is the dream. Time and space seem real in the dream but take place only in the dreamer’s mind. The world we perceive is the activity of God's mind and wherever we look we see the face of God.
