All Experience Arises within Me

In this contemplation, we understand and feel that we are the openness within which all experience arises and with which it is known. Some of us will be exploring this for the first time, in which case this exploration is part of the recognition of our essential self. Others of us will have explored our experience in this way many times before, in which case this will be part of the process of dissolving the residues of belief and feeling of being a separate entity and becoming established in our true nature.
