Abide as Infinite Being for No Reason

Just as the single universe space seems contained within the walls of innumerable buildings and to become numerous spaces, so infinite being seems to become mixed with the content of experience and to become numerous individual objects and people. But just as the universe never really divides into separate spaces, so the one infinite being always remains its solitary self. There are no individual spaces in the universe, no individual beings in reality. Be sensitive to any impulse to achieve, become or understand something. They are the residue of the previous search for happiness in the conventional world, or for enlightenment in the spiritual world. Simply abide as infinite being for no reason. When we sit like this, whether or not we realise it, we bathe mind and body in the transparency and luminosity of being. The body is gradually washed clean of tensions, the heart of sorrow, and the mind of agitation.
