Salt Lake City Group

Our group explores a non-dual spiritual approach with a heavy focus on Rupert Spira’s teachings. We meet every Saturday OR Sunday (depending on what language you prefer) via Zoom. We start the session with a half-hour guided meditation and continue discussing a book, video or a short passage from Rupert and/or other non-dual teachers. Our classes are in English and Farsi.
