Chicago Meetup Group
Our Chicago group starts with a “check-in” where we allow about 5 minutes for people to express whatever they feel inspired to share. Then we either watch a video of a spiritual teaching or a meditation from Rupert or another nondual teacher — or — we discuss a nondual spiritual book that we have read together. If we watch a video or do a meditation we will spend time discussing/de-briefing that experience afterwards. And of course, there’s time for socializing before and after the “official” meeting. The meeting is hosted by one of our members in his home and typically we have tea and snacks as well.
