Three Portals to Unity of Being

The ultimate truth cannot be adequately expressed in words, therefore silence is its highest expression. However, if expressed in words, ‘I am’ would be its highest expression because it expresses reality’s experience of itself. But for one who believes ‘I am this’ or ‘I am that’, teaching is required to bridge the gap. The highest expression of such teaching would be simply ‘be’. All practices are preparations for the ultimate non-practice of simply being. Like your naked body, which you’re always experiencing but don’t notice because of clothes, you’re always experiencing your naked being though it’s clothed in experience. The same being that shines in you as knowledge of yourself shines outside as the world. The One is infinite and indivisible – this indivisibility is love. When refracted through thought and perception, oneness appears as many, love as relationship. Three portals: nature (being clothed in perception), teaching (clothed in thought), friendship (clothed in feeling).
