Is there anything that prevents peace and happiness in you; sense of disease, discontent or lack in this moment? We must remember that peace and happiness is the nature of ourself and is ourself, available to us at all times. Experience of peace and happiness are signs of true understanding. We are the awareness that is aware of our experience. Meditation is what we are, not what we do, is to knowingly be aware at all times, rather than as a practice. We must go headlong into experience but not at the expense of ourselves. We take our peace to experience. We cannot derive it from experience.
