The Knowing Light Within Experience

You are the light of awareness that illuminates all experience. You do not know it from a distance like the sun illuminating Earth – you know it from within. You are the pure knowing pervading all experience, saturating it. To say experience is pervaded by knowing isn’t quite right – it’s like saying the film landscape is pervaded by the screen. There is only the screen. The only substance in experience is knowing – not a philosophical abstraction, but a fact. We feel time and space are the medium of experience. Understand and feel that consciousness is the medium, and you are that. Just as the dreamed character travels thousands of miles while the dreamer stays still, we seem to move through time and space, but you, consciousness, never go anywhere.
