In this meditation we direct our attention to objects arising within experience: thoughts, sensations, perceptions and feelings. We see that the empty field of our own being in which all experience arises is never agitated, moved, hurt, harmed or stained by any particular experience. As such, the nature of our being is unconditional happiness itself, unconditional contentment, and thus its nature is peace itself.
