God’s Being Shining as You

See that the fact of simply being is your most intimate experience. There is nothing prior to just being – all other experience is added to being. When your being is mixed with experience’s content, it seems to become a temporary finite being. But as naked being before it is mixed with experience, it has no limitations. It is unlimited and impersonal yet utterly intimate. This is what you are before you existed. This infinite being is God’s being shining as you. If space in this room were to look around itself, it would see walls and believe it was finite. But if it looked at itself, it would find no limitation. It’s the same with you. If you look at experience’s content, you believe you share its limitations. But if you look directly at yourself – being aware – you find no limitation there. You know yourself as infinite being.
