See your awareness as an empty, spacious quality that accommodates thoughts, feelings, sensations and perceptions. In meditation, let awareness come to the foreground, softening and diminishing experiences naturally. Instead of being entangled in experiences, embrace the aware presence as your true identity. Live as this awareness, this luminous openness, rather than as a collection of thoughts and sensations, and allow experiences to dissolve within this luminous openness.
