Rupert Spira felt as a child that there was an untouchable peace in him which could not be disturbed by anything that happened in life. Over fifty years later, he expresses the same understanding in this book's delightful message: everything changes, but I am always what I am. Now, Rupert helps grown-ups and children experience that same inner peace which lives in all of our hearts. The author of sixteen books, he lives in Oxford, England and enjoys playing his recorder and going for walks.

Zuzanna Celej began creating magical worlds from the age of six, which she populated with little people, wonderful animals and imaginary beings. In time, this naturally led to her becoming an illustrator, and today she has created over seventy books. Originally from Poland, Zuzanna now lives in Spain in a small house in a forest. Every morning she enjoys going for a beautiful walk with her animal friends: a dog, two cats and two little pigs. To discover more of Zuzanna’s work, please visit: www.instagram.com/zuzannacelej

'When I sat down to read this book with our 8 year old daughter, her face literally lit up within three pages. We have read many books together before - but I have never seen such an obviously delighted reaction. And that speaks to the message of the book - and the power and importance of recognising our true identity, 'that I am always I'. Bringing this wisdom to children is so valuable - and the illustrations are truly exquisite. Thank you. A truly beautiful book.'

'Such a lovely book – filled with exquisite illustrations and a beautiful, affirming message for our young ones to feel comfortable in themselves and know who they are, no matter what. The large format feels really magical and feels like a book my children will reach for with nostalgia when they are grown. My daughter especially enjoys the 'I'm not always sleepy' page with the little girl and her bunny and likes to show her own 'Miss Bunny' the pictures.'
