I have not received the newsletter

  • Due to our current system, the best way to resolve this would be to sign up for them again, and we hope this will fix the issue.

    To sign up for the newsletter, please scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and enter your email address.

    Occasionally, we find that some email accounts have filters applied that prevent certain emails from being delivered, even to spam folders.
     

Haven't received the daily quotes 

  • If you have not been receiving the daily quotes, the best way to resolve this would be to sign up for them again, and we hope this will fix the issue.

    If you receive an already subscribed error message, please update your profile and re-add your email address.

    You will receive an email where you can update your preferences.

    After you have re-signed up again, please check your spam folder if you are still not receiving them.

    If you have tried this, and you still are not receiving the daily quote emails, please check your email settings and see if there are any filters applied that may prevent these emails from reaching you.

Where are my recordings / ebooks / audiobooks

Please go to sign in at the top right-hand corner and click on it, then you will see the dropdown menu.

Then click across the tabs to view all of your purchases in library and view your orders.
