The Path to Happiness

In this meditation we investigate the inward and outward approaches to feelings. Through the inward approach we see clearly that the nature of the self, when disentangled from the objects of experience, is happiness. Next we embark on the outward approach and collapse the distance between ourself and the feeling. We discover that our essential nature, the inherently peaceful, unconditionally fulfilled presence of awareness, is the origin and the destination of both approaches.
