Joy Is the Nature of Ourself

In this contemplation we are guided to be knowingly the open, empty, loving presence of awareness whose nature is to allow all experience indiscriminately within it. We then breathe this presence of awarenesses through our feelings and sensations. With each exhale, the breath carries the sensation farther and farther out into the space of awareness. Finally we discover there is just this transparent, knowing, loving presence, vibrating within itself in the form of the current feeling or sensation; nothing here other than awareness.
