In this meditation we contemplate enlightenment, not as an extraordinary experience but rather as the simple recognition of our being as it is. Having seen this, we abide in ourself, as ourself, for longer and longer periods of time until experience loses its power to veil ourself from ourself. We become aware that all realms of experience are saturated with the peace, silence and inherent joy of our true nature.
