The Essence of Non-duality, Remembering Rupert’s Mother

In this exploration, we examine the essence of non-duality and its enduring wisdom, remembering the impactful legacy of individuals like my dear mother. Non-duality encourages recognising the constant 'I am' amidst life's changes. As Meister Eckhart conveyed, it's about experiencing unity without losing inherent nature. At non-duality's core is the realisation that we are the experiences we face. We acknowledge the consistent inner glow, unaffected by external events. Through the ‘Prayer of the Chalice’, we see individuals radiating love, light, and life, deeply touching others. They exemplify non-duality, where all experiences reveal the divine's presence. Reflecting on this, let's honor the legacy of those embodying non-duality and let their insights direct us to being's luminous heart.
